Kaiser HMO, Kaiser CDHP*, Anthem HMO, Anthem PPO, and Anthem CDHP*.
There is no contribution for employee only coverage. For coverage other than employee only, the contribution is 20% of the total premium after the amount for employee only premium is subtracted for the plan selected.
Dental, Vision, LTD, and Life Insurance**
The District currently makes all contributions for dental, vision, LTD and life insurance premiums.
CalPERS 2% @ 62 plan. Employees contribute 50% (6¼%) of the total contribution (12½%). (Qualifying “classic” members are recognized at 2½ @ 55 plan.). Participation is immediate upon hire.
Deferred Compensation (457)**
A Deferred Compensation Plan (457) plan is offered. Employer match of up to $3,500 annually.
The District observes nine holidays each year. Additionally, each employee receives two floating holidays annually.

Sick leave is accrued at the rate of 8 hours per month. Sick leave may be used after 90 days of employment.
Exempt (salaried) employees receive 40 hours administrative leave per year (this leave does not “roll over.”)

Examinations and Continuing Education
In some instances, subject to prior approval, the District will reimburse the cost of job required or continuing education.
